This page sums up the Terms of Service. If the 2 differ, the Terms of Service apply.

Who sells it

A Mac app that coordinates the AI agents you already use: Claude Code, Codex, Grok and others.
1 shared state per topic, handoffs between agents, answers to repeat questions, 1 Inbox, and a receipt for every write.
A licence for 1 person on up to 3 Macs, for personal or business work. It works 30 days without a connection.

Your own AI plans. brainplane includes no AI model and sells no AI subscription. You sign in to Claude, ChatGPT (for Codex), Grok or other agents yourself, with your own plan from each vendor. 1 plan is enough. With 2 or more, your agents hand work to each other.
Those plans are between you and each vendor, under their prices, limits and terms.
Optional voice input with OpenAI runs on your own OpenAI API key and at your cost.

Read your agent passwords, tokens or logins.
Send your topics, files or prompts to us. They stay on your Mac.
Send messages, pay, delete files or deploy on its own. Your agents act within the permissions you give them.

14 days free, every feature, email only, no card. It never turns into a paid plan on its own.
$12 a month or $99 a year, tax included where it applies. Founding price $69 a year for the first 500 yearly buyers.
Plans renew automatically. We email you 15 to 30 days before each yearly renewal. Price changes come with notice and apply only from your next renewal.

Cancel online at any time in My account. Access lasts until the paid period ends. After a yearly renewal, consumers can end the plan at the end of a calendar month and get the refund described in the Terms.
Full refund if you ask within 14 days after your first payment, monthly or yearly, no reason needed.
Consumers in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland also keep their 14-day legal right of withdrawal.
After a yearly plan has renewed, consumers can still end it at the end of any month and get back the unused days.

brainplane goes read-only. You can still read and export everything, and your agents can still read from it.
Nothing is deleted.

Do not share or resell your licence, and do not get around the licence check.
Do not use brainplane to break the law, someone's rights or an agent vendor's terms.
The law lets you study how the app works and make it work with other software. These terms keep that right.

The agents are AI systems made by other companies. They can be wrong. Check their work before you rely on it.

During your plan, brainplane must work as described. If it does not and we cannot fix it, you can get a price reduction or a refund for that period.
We do not limit our liability for injury, fraud, intentional or gross fault, product liability, or anything else the law does not let us limit. For business buyers, other liability is capped at what they paid us in the last 12 months and excludes lost profit and other indirect loss.

The laws of Ras Al Khaimah and the United Arab Emirates, plus the consumer protection of your own country.
