Who is responsible

What we collect
Your email address only, with the date you joined and which form you used.
The site sets no cookie and runs no analytics. Your browser keeps your day or night choice on your device. To block repeated sign-ups, the server reads your IP address in memory for a few minutes. It is not saved with your email.
Why
To invite you to early access and to tell you when Brainplane launches. Nothing else. We do not sell or share the list.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
Until the launch, plus 12 months. We delete your email sooner if you unsubscribe or ask us to.
Where it is stored
Vercel Inc. hosts the site and stores the list in its Paris region (European Union), as our processor.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or erase it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to hello@brainplane.app. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
